Your first consultation usually takes 30 to 45 minutes. We learn about your child, listen to your concerns, and talk through your goals. We also explain our services and answer your questions. You can meet with us by phone or video.

After the consultation, if you decide to move forward, we typically begin the intake process within 1-2 weeks. This includes the in-home observation and care plan development. First sessions usually begin within 2-4 weeks of initial contact.

A session is calm, structured, and built around your child’s goals. The caregiver may work on routines, skills, play, communication, or behavior support, depending on the care plan. You can stay involved as much as you’d like. We’ll always focus on what feels helpful for your family.

We try to keep scheduling as flexible as possible and fit sessions into your family’s routine. If you need to reschedule, just let us know as soon as you can so we can adjust. We’ll explain current scheduling and cancellation details during your consultation.
