HiveCare pricing is designed to be clear, flexible, and based on each child’s individual needs. Because services are personalized and delivered in the home, costs may vary depending on the type of support, frequency of services, and level of care required.

Our goal is to provide families with honest information upfront while building a care plan that makes sense for their child and family.

Onboarding Fee

A one-time onboarding fee is required to begin services with HiveCare.

The onboarding fee covers:

  • Initial consultation

  • Intake and review of family information

  • In-home observation (if applicable)

  • Development of the Individualized Care Plan (ICP)

  • Caregiver matching and service coordination

This fee helps ensure services are thoughtfully planned and set up for success from the start.

Hourly Ranges

HiveCare services are billed at hourly rates that vary based on:

  • Type of service provided

  • Level of support required

  • Caregiver qualifications

  • Time of day and scheduling needs

Hourly ranges will be discussed during the consultation so families have a clear understanding of expected costs before services begin.

    Covers the initial consultation, intake review, in-home observation if needed, care plan creation, and caregiver matching to ensure services start smoothly.
     

Payment Options

HiveCare offers flexible payment options to support families, which may include:

  • Private pay

  • Scheduled invoicing

  • Approved funding sources or programs (when applicable)

Payment details, billing schedules, and policies are reviewed with families during onboarding to ensure clarity and consistency.
