How It Works
Our Process
From your first call to your child's first session, here's how we build a care plan that works for your family.

1
Phase 1
Where it Begins
The introduction phase is all about getting to know your family. We want to understand your child's personality, your family's dynamics, and what success looks like for you.
Initial phone/video consultation
Review of existing evaluations and IEPs
Discussion of family goals and concerns
Service recommendations
Timeline
This phase generally spans about 90 days, depending on scheduling and availability.
What You'll Need
If you happen to have any previous evaluations, IEPs, or reports from therapists, you’re welcome to share them. If not, that’s completely okay. We can still move forward.

2
Phase 2
Care Where You Are
What We Observe
We watch how your child interacts in their natural environment to understand their communication style, sensory needs, and daily routines.
Duration
Visits typically last about 1–2 hours and are scheduled at a time that works best for your family.
The in-home observation helps us see your child in their everyday environment. This is crucial for creating a care plan that works in the real world, not just on paper.
Meet your child in person
Observe daily routines and interactions
Note environmental factors
Begin building rapport with your child
